Family Roots, Flavor First
Eliseo is very proud of his Peruvian heritage and he opened this restaurant to share his culture and cuisine with the local people. All of the recipes come from his family, and it is a family- run restaurant. He is always using the highest quality protein and vegetables for every dish on the menu. Most of the meat is halal as well, adding even more quality to the product that he offers. They make food the way it should be eaten.

“We love sharing our culture with people. It’s a passion for us.” To keep our dishes authentic, we import essential ingredients directly from Peru. There is no substitute for Peruvian peppers, corn, and other key flavors, which is why we never use American substitutes. Every dish captures the true essence of Peruvian cooking, just like it’s made back home.
